The automatic double-head elbow beveling machine is compatible with pipe elbows with diameter between 5” and 12”.
Speed: 80RPM, 100 RPM, 125 RPM, 160 RPM, 200 RPM
Motor power: 15kW
Motor speed: 1450 RPM
The double head elbow bevelling machine is powered by a 15kW electric motor. It is designed with a rotary working table, on which there are two lower dies. The upper die is placed on the sliding table of the locking cylinder.
The pipe elbow shall be placed on one of the lower dies, and the elbow beveling machine will start working when the cutting angle and cutting speed are adjusted well. The machine firstly runs at a high speed, and then at a standard speed to perform beveling. It supports making a return stroke when the beveling is finished, and automatically stops when a cycle is completed.
During continuous production, the second pipe elbow shall be placed on the other lower die while the beveling machine is working on the first elbow. When the upper die is lifted up, the rotary working table will rotate for 180 degree and then the upper die will lower down to allow for beveling of the second elbow. At this time, the first elbow, which has finished beveling, shall be removed from the bevelling machine. The third elbow shall be placed on the empty lower die, and the cycle is repeated.
Equipped with the rotary working table, the double-head elbow beveling machine delivers a speed 1.5 times higher than machines without the one. Linear rails made in Taiwan work with each other perfectly, thus minimizing the vibration. This makes sure the pipe elbow beveller can cut bevels with smooth surface and without corrugations.
The pipe elbow beveling equipment is fitted with a group of floating tool, and can use the six-tool set for cutting compound bevels and internal bevels. It can also be custom designed to suit client-side specific demands.
As the power supply system in each country or region may be different, we can design and manufacture products according to client-side demands on the power supply voltage, frequency, etc.
