The automatic triple-head beveling machine is designed for cutting and beveling pipe tees. Its motor power varies with the machine model. It supports working at 6 speed levels, which can also be customized according to customers’ demands.
Features
1. The automatic pipe tee beveller features novel design, compact size, aesthetical appearance and convenience operation. Processed pipes tees come with accurate dimensions, and completely meet the relevant industry standards in China, the USA and other countries.
2. The triple-head tee beveling machine supports powerful and fast cutting, and has high efficiency. It delivers safe and reliable performance, because of its novel and accurate work fixture, as well as exquisitely designed hydraulic and locking devices.
3. Each cutter head is fitted with three cutting tools which are respectively used for external surface, internal bore and flat surface cutting purposes and support synchronous operation. This provides the beveling equipment with high efficiency, uniform quality, and great stability without compromising on the cutting force.
4. The hydraulic feed rate can be flexibly adjusted according to the cutting speed, pipe tee diameter and wall thickness. The sliding table supports fast forwarding and retreating, and feature safe running.
5. The pipe tee beveling machine is PLC controlled and supports synchronous operation of the three power heads. It can also be utilized as a pipe cutting machine, or used for external chamfering, corner rounding, and more purposes.
6. Designed with hydraulic locking system and hydraulic servo system, each power head of the triple-head pipe tee beveling machine supports moving forward and backward so as to complete either cutting or beveling jobs. The hydraulic servo system supports continuous adjustment to suit the pipe tee diameter and wall thickness.
7. The heavy duty guiderail for the sliding mechanism comes with accurate and standard dimension, and thus supports stable and smooth running. It completely meets the relevant standard for pipe fittings processing.
As the power supply system in each country or region may be different, we can design and manufacture products according to client-side demands on the power supply voltage, frequency, etc.
